The MedTech company Bactiguard Holding AB has raised SEK 450 million by issuing a secured and unrated five-year bond to receive sufficient capital market funding to carry out the company’s expansion plans. The loan will carry a fixed interest rate of 11 percent per annum. Bactiguard Holding AB will be applying for listing of the bonds on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Carnegie Investment Bank AB is the Issuing Agent in the bond issue.
CorpNordic Sweden has been assigned by Bactiguard Holding AB as agent for the bond investors.
