RusForest AB (publ) has raised SEK 500 million by issuing an unsecured and unrated three-year bond to receive sufficient capital market funding to carry out the company’s expansion plans. The loan will carry a fixed interest rate of 11 percent per annum. RusForest will be applying for listing of the bonds on the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. E. Öhman J:or Fondkommission AB has been RusForest’s adviser on the bond issue.
CorpNordic Sweden has been assigned by RusForest AB as agent for the bond investors.
