CorpNordic Sweden Trustee in Bond Issued by Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (PUBL)
Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (Sobi) issues a 5-year SEK 600 million senior unsecured bond on 26th of June 2012. The bond has a floating interest of 3 months Stibor + 500 bps with maturity in 2017 and Sobi will be applying for the loan to be listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. CorpNordic Sweden has been assigned by Sobi as agent for the bond investors.

RURIC AB: Result from Bondholders voting August 03, 2012
Bondholders vote "No" to Ruric Boards' proposal on bond conversion Ruric AB has initiated a voting procedure on the 16th of July, 2012 where the board proposed full conversion of bonds to equity in the company. The proposal would have given Bondholders 60% of equity.
