History

1999

CorpNordic Denmark A/S (reg. nr. 21210781) was established by an international group providing corporate services.

2001

The Danish management bought 40% of the company.
CorpNordic Denmark acquired Mees Pierson Management Services Denmark ApS.

2003

CorpNordic Sweden AB was established with an office in Malmoe.

2004

The Swedish office moved to Stockholm.

2006

The remaining 60% of the shares in CorpNordic Denmark A/S were bought by six senior employees and the Group consolidated under CorpNordic Holding A/S (reg. nr. 25039017).

2009

CorpNordic Sweden AB acquired Catella Sponsor AB.

2010

CorpNordic Finland Oy and CorpNordic Norway AS were established.

2011

Following a share swap the number of senior employees owning the CorpNordic Group was reduced to five.
