Special Servicer

CorpNordic can act as the representative of the investors in bond issues. This role is known as Special Servicer. The main purpose is to represent the interest of the bondholders towards the issuer and other creditors and to exercise the bondholder’s mortgagee rights. The Special Servicer is appointed by the issuer for the full term of the bonds.
