CorpNordic was established in 1999 and is today the leading provider of corporate, trustee and advanced administrative services in the Nordic region. We serve international and Nordic clients from offices in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo and Stockholm offering a wide range of services where independence, international transaction experience and combined competence in legal administration and accounting are required.

Our Services

We provide all services in connection with legal entity management and administration, including accounting, bookkeeping and payroll services. In addition we provide trustee and investor representation services. We do not render legal and tax advice, but have an excellent collaboration with leading lawyers, auditors and advisors.

Leading Nordic trustee

CorpNordic has acted as trustee in Nordic bond issues since 2005 and has been a pioneer in the development of the markets in Denmark and Sweden. As trustee for a bond CorpNordic assumes the role as agent for the bond investors, which is instrumental to the infra structure in the bond market.
